San Jose is replacing traditional fireworks with a large choreographed drone show over Lake Cunningham Park for its annual 4th of July celebration.
The event includes a full day of free, family-friendly programming at the park leading up to the evening show, with live entertainment, food vendors, and community activities throughout the day. The highlight is the nighttime drone performance, featuring synchronized aerial displays forming patriotic imagery and summer-themed visuals over the lake.
This is one of the South Bay’s largest Independence Day gatherings and is open to all ages. Admission is free.
