The Oakland Black Cowboy Association presents its 52nd annual Parade & Festival at DeFremery Park. The parade begins at 10:00 AM, and the festival runs until 6:00 PM with live entertainment, line dancing, youth activities, pony rides, food, vendors, and community resources.

_We are just a couple weeks away and we hope y’all are as excited as we are!

Grab your blankets and chairs to come hang out in the park with us, shop vendors, and just enjoy a good time in community.
