Join Youth Art Exchange for the Bay Area’s largest gathering of youth artists and youth-serving organizations. Now in its ninth year, the San Francisco Youth Arts Summit is at California College of the Arts, featuring a full day of visual, multimedia, and performing arts.
This year’s theme is “Radical Hope”. On Sunday, December 8th, CCA will come alive with hands-on arts activities, gallery exhibits, and performance competition. The SFYAS is sponsored by Spin and Lick-Wilmerding High School.

– Exhibiting your young artists’ work
– Competing in the Performance Competition
– Tabling to share information and interact with youth
– Bringing youth to attend
– Conducting a workshop
– Providing college information + portfolio advice
– Sponsoring the activities
The SFYAS, a project facilitated by Youth Art Exchange, is an annual gathering of young artists and arts educators, and the only event of its kind in the Bay Area. At the Summit, young artists lead and participate in workshops, interactive installations, exhibits, and performances. The Summit culminates with a performing arts competition open to all high school youth. In bringing together young artists from across the Bay Area, the Youth Arts Summit represents the next generation’s most innovative artists, architects, musicians, performers, and writers.
