Veruca Salt has had as tumultuous a reputation as their bratty namesake. That sure is saying something.
Abruptly breaking up in 1998, the band didn’t reunite until three years ago, when vocalists Nina Gordon and Louise Post finally sat down together and discovered the magic was still there. The band still remains silent about what led to the sudden break up almost twenty years ago, but does that really matter? The band’s new music is as biting and angtsy as their early stuff.
