Enjoy yoga on Sundays at Spreckles Lake in Golden Gate Park at 10 am, provided by the teachers of the Purusha Yoga community.
Come and play outdoors in nature. Enjoy inverting, reverting and melting into the ground. Join up for a rejuvenating morning flow and meditation for body, mind, and spirit.
Please bring a mat, blanket, friend, child, or even your doggie.
