Join National Board-certified Health and Wellness Coach, Stacy Frankovitz for a down-to-earth workshop on chronic stress and burnout- what they are, how they show up in daily life, and what you can do about them. Together we’ll explore how stress impacts your energy, focus, and well-being, and share simple, practical tools you can start using right away.
This session is for anyone curious about burnout and ready to take small, real steps toward feeling more balanced, grounded, and resilient.
