Roman Leo hosts | Free “Tickled Pink” Comedy Night | SF

Comedy Lineup: February 28, 2013

  • Roman Leo’s brutally goofy and blisteringly silly absurdist comedic sensibility is embraced by everyone from nerds to weirdos. Inspired by nice-guy-subversive-rebel-types he travels back and forth inducing laughter from San Fransico to Chicago and beyond.
  • Lydia Popovich is a SF-based comedian and blogger. Her website, Hater Tuesday founded in 2003 garners thousands of weekly visits from friends and family around the world. She is the producer and host of Ladies Love, a monthly all-female showcase that takes place at The Layover in Oakland. Her anecdotal humor and vivid storytelling make her a unique voice in a sea of dick jokes.
  • Jesse Elias is a fresh, ripe, San Francisco-grown comic ready to be picked and enjoyed. Jesse Elias draws creative inspiration from music and literature of the 19th century and cartoons and candy of the 1990s.
  • Oakland based comic Jessica Sele’s comedy touches on topics like failed attempts at love, masturbation, and the end of time. Jessica’s comedy is hysterical, incisive, hella queer, and deeply weird.
  • Christopher John is a rarity in the comic world – young and fresh but with a strong sense of perspective and a distinctive voice. His dry wit and straight faced delivery will surprise and delight you.
  • Stefani Silverman is a San Francisco based comic and the producer of Tickled Pink. As former attorney, she uses her hard earned critical thinking skills to attempt to find meaning in life through humor. She tends to talk about such complex topics as food, sex and things she sees on Muni.
