Come join them in Hayes Valley this Sunday for a live concert between San Francisco and Mexico City. This event will be hosted by Shared_Studio’s Portals project.

They’ll be hosting a joint concert with Mexico City featuring a yet-to-be-named San Francisco musician along with Mexico City’s finest, Verano Peligroso and Elis Paprika.

Portals are a global public art project – shipping containers are painted gold and set up with immersive video-chat in cities all over. People go inside these Portals to talk to someone across the world as if they were in the same room. Portals is curated by Shared_Studios, a creative collective of artists, architects, engineers, and modern explorers that carves wormholes across the world, bringing people together and vitalizing public spaces.
