This is an All Volunteer free non-commercial event. Everyone involved is volunteering their time. Each of the sessions will have three concurrent classes. Stay tuned for more information if you would like to volunteer.

There are no tickets or reservations. Attendance is first-come, first-in. Room capacity is 80 people. Parking will be difficult so plan accordingly. If you are not able to come on time you won’t be allowed to enter. The price of admission is showing up early.

9:00-10:00 Morning Vinyasa
10:30-12:00 Session 1
12:00-1:30 Lunch break
1:30-3:00 Session 2
3:30-5:00 Session 3
5:00-8:00 Jam
8:00-9:00 Jam & cleanup
