SF Bike Coalition’s Urban Bicycling Workshops | SF
The SF Bike Coalition offers a variety of adult bicycle education and safety courses, including “Traffic Skills 101-1” and “Introduction to Safe Cycling,” as well as family biking classes.
These classes are great for anyone who is considering bicycling, or wants to learn how to safely ride and gain familiarity with the rules of the road. Varying in depth, the classes are a great way to get familiar and comfortable with bicycling (or driving) in San Francisco.
No bicycle, or experience is needed, and courses are free and open to anyone age 14 years or older.
Learn the basics of bike commuting in an urban city and how to fix your own flat.
Free, but RSVP is required.
In these one-hour workshops, SF Bike Coalition teachers will show you how to get rolling and share expert safety tips, tricks and resources to help you plan your route, whether you’re riding across town or across the bay.
