Adobe Books Closing Week
Beloved Adobe Books on 16th in the Mission is moving to a new smaller location on 24th, so during their final week (June 10-14) there will be special evening events along with massive sales to find these books good homes. Come support a great local business and stock up for your library.
Every evening around 7 pm, expect a guitarist in the loft, fresh fruit, and treats from Tartine to nibble on, plus book readings or poetry.
Adobe Books is finally closing its doors on 16th Street on Saturday night, June 15, 2013 and they’re throwing a big Going Away party for themsleves.
Expect a night of memories, we’re told lots of free books, live music, some nibbles, maybe a DJ. This is promised to be a “throwdown” party as the following day everything needs to be removed from the store
The new Adobe store will be at 3130 24th street near Folsom. It opens on July 1st, with a Grand Opening Party on July 13th. There will be an art show as well as music and food. All those details are forthcoming. Opening 7-11pm.
