Event Details

Join up for an evening discussion of the Native American occupation of Alcatraz in connection with the Curating the Bay exhibition.

Native American community leaders Joseph Myers and Tom Clarke will lead a round table discussion, as well as share a wealth of personal experiences from that time. Also explore fascinating material from the California Indian Museum and Cultural Center in Santa Rosa.

This is an opportunity to discuss the impact this event had on the indigenous population in the Bay Area.

Free, but an RSVP is required.
