The uber-talented Emily Wells is a performer, producer, singer, and composer. Phew, that’s a busy ticket. Her alternative/indie/groovy sound combines classical instruments with her modern, funky tunes. There’s just as much of a chance to hear a violin in one of her songs as there is a beat machine. There are strong connections to greats like Dylan, Simone, and Biggie in her music. Quite the mashup.
She’ll be gracing The Chapel’s stage very soon, so do yourself a favor; book now.
