Anchor Brewing invites you to a special release event for their first ever Barrel Aged Christmas Ale. They aged their 2016 Christmas Ale in various whiskey and wine barrels for a year, and then tasted all of the individual barrels to select this very special blend. The result is a beautiful roasted masterpiece with whiskey, vanilla and sumptuous wintry spice notes layered on top of a rich malty base.

At this special event, you’ll receive a bottle of the Barrel Aged 2016 Christmas Ale, side-by-side tastings to compare before/after the barrel, tastings of Anchor’s signature and newly released beers including Anchor Coffee Porter, 2017 Christmas Ale, and lite bites paired with their beers.
