27th Annual Emeryville Art Exhibition | Opening Reception

The 27th Annual Emeryville Art Exhibition is a juried show featuring works of eighty artists and craftspeople – both established and emerging – who live or work in Emeryville.

The Gala Reception takes place from 6-9 pm on Friday, October 4, 2013 with music by Collaboration Trio in Bay Street Emeryville across from The Gap.

The exhibition is on display October 5 through October 27, 2013. The show is open daily from 11 am to 6 pm.

The work includes paintings, sculpture, photographs, ceramics and textiles. The sheer number and array of artists living or working in Emeryville illustrates the city’s cultural vibrancy and provides an impressive creative pool that continues to create new and exciting works for the annual exhibition.

Contributing artists include Canan Tolon, painting; Po Shun Leong, wood; Kirk Crippens, photography; Rae Dunn, ceramics; Ana Lisa Hedstrom, textiles; M. Louise Stanley, painting; Sara Paloma, ceramics; and Ann Weber, sculpture. Works on exhibit are for sale.
