Latin Explosion brings you the the 13th Annual Brazilian Carnaval at Club 21 going late into the night from 8 pm to 4 am on Friday, February 28, 2014.

Free before 9 pm; otherwise, it’s $15

The organizers say that this has been one of California’s largest Brazilian Carnaval party at a night club for the past 13 years, so grab your Brazilian friends or come meet some new ones on this night in Oakland.
