CANCELED: 1st Annual San Francisco Silly Walk | 2020

UPDATE: Due to COVID-19 concerns, this event has been canceled.

Inspired by Monty Python-inspired “Silly Walk“ events around the world to start one here in San Francisco. On April 1st, please join and the rest of whoever is cool and brave (and silly) enough in San Francisco to walk from Pier 14 to Pier 39 and use your creativity to walk in any crazy way you want and make people laugh and feel good while doing it.

This will be the first one here. Let’s hope to make this an annual tradition.

“The Ministry of Silly Walks is a sketch from the Monty Python comedy troupe’s television show Monty Python’s Flying Circus, season 2, episode 1, which is entitled “Face the Press”. The episode first aired on 15 September 1970.”
