Bring your forearms, your friends, and some good luck to East Bay’s arm wrestling showdown at Sweat, Health & Fitness in Oakland. Come and cheer, or sign up as a participant.

Free, but an RSVP is greatly appreciated.

There will be six bouts pitting East Bay athletes head to head:

• Beth (the Beast) vs Virginia (Dead Lift)
• ConJax (All Shoulders) vs Carl (UK meat)
• Sam Bell (Slam) vs Joanna (Sneaky)
• Chris Ring vs Marquis Parks
• Leslie Bodyner (lean and mean) vs Katherine (the burpee beast)
• Devin (Mighty Mouth) vs. Conor (Stonewall)

Main Event: Pete Dawg vs. Randall the Giant
