Art Happens: Music, Open Studios & Workshops | Livermore
Art Happens on the second Thursday of each month in downtown Livermore. From 6-8 pm, drop in on exhibitions, demonstrations, open studios, or meet the artists. Join in on art critiques, “make it and take it” sessions, and more.
Enjoy live music, wine tasting, coffee or microbrews while enjoying art in the galleries, tasting bars, studios, shops, and restaurants. It’s all within walking distance and the parking is free.
Art Happenings on August 9, 2013 include:
6-7 pm: Panama Red Coffee House: Engela Wilson’s Art Students’ Exhibition. 7 pm to close: Open Mic Music
6-8 pm: ABC Music Store: Live Performance Series
6-8:30 pm: Winemaker’s Pour House: Open mic poetry
6-9 pm: Artistic Edge at Blacksmith Square: The Art of Brewing
6:30-8pm: Downtown Studios: PaintOut Art Exhibit, Open Studios and Block Party
7:30-8:30 pm: Figurehead Art Gallery: Art exhibits and workshops
7:30-9 pm: Peet’s Coffee & Tea: Hosting the Spoken Word show, Storied Nights
8 pm to close: Sanctuary Ultra Lounge: Rotating Art by Trish Fenton; Comedy and Karaoke
