Asian Art Museum: Free Admission Day (Every First Sunday)

Through the power of art, the Asian Art Museum in San Francisco brings the diverse cultures of Asia to life.

Located in the heart of San Francisco, the museum is home to one of the world’s finest collections of Asian art, boasting more than 18,000 awe-inspiring artworks ranging from ancient jades and ceramics to contemporary video installations.

Celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the Confucius Institute at San Francisco State University with a display of award-winning paintings from the past ten years of Chinese Language Bridget Cup Contests for K-12 Students.

Experience the art and activities that build a platform for young artists to demonstrate their cultural talent in Chinese painting and help connect children not only to the culture, but also to the language, history, and literature of China. Artist and calligrapher Aiqin Zhou also presents a demonstration.
