Join the Mill Valley Library for a conversation with certified Enneagram Coach Stephanie Barron Hall to discuss her new book, Enneagram in Real Life: Find Your Type, Understand Who You Are, and Take Steps Toward Growth in conversation with local Enneagram coach and consultant Lara Heller. Enneagram in Real Life offers an in-depth exploration of the Enneagram system, a powerful tool for self-discovery and personal growth. Hall’s masterful guide provides readers with accessible tools to embrace the wisdom of the Enneagram and effect real, tangible changes in our life, career, communication, and relationships.
Enneagram in Real Life covers all nine core types of the Enneagram system, each with distinct motivations, behaviors, and attentional focus. From Type One’s need for integrity to Type Seven’s pursuit of freedom and exploration, Hall provides a detailed examination of each personality type, their passions, virtues, and defense mechanisms. Additionally, Hall offers practical advice to create an individualized growth plan for each personality.
Stephanie Barron Hall is a coach, speaker, and certified Enneagram professional. Stephanie has been facilitating personality-centric team development for years as an outside consultant for organizations ranging from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies. Stephanie’s approach to the Enneagram is grounded in communication theory and emphasizes deep personal work through application, curiosity, and self-awareness.
Lara Heller has been studying and teaching the Enneagram for over 35 years and is a certified International Enneagram Association teacher. She is a Certified Life and Executive Coach and has trained in the Hakomi Method, Somatic/Trauma SE work and the Ridhwan School.
