The Fitness Challenge consists of 1-day fitness events in multiple cities across the country throughout the summer. The activities will be designed to promote cardiovascular fitness, strength, and flexibility.
NB athletes will captain the events, provide inspiration and encouragement and lead fitness games.

The NB Fitness Challenge is designed to engage the community, to bring awareness to the great work and play areas made possible by the host cities, community partners, and to inspire families to learn the importance of a healthy and active lifestyle and make play fun and safe.
