The Banff Centre Mountain Film Festival World Tour is an opportunity to see the world’s best footage on mountain sports including skiing, biking, kayaking, and climbing. The festival began in 1976 and is held annually in Banff, Alberta, Canada. The tour includes a selection of the best films entered in the festival.

The showings in Redwood City benefit Snowlands Network, a non-profit advocacy organization for human-powered winter sports and protection of public recreational lands in CA and NV.
