Created by the Bay Area’s scientific, cultural, and educational institutions, the Bay Area Science Festival returns to San Francisco for two weeks of science and technology lectures, games, art exhibits, workshops, hands-on activities and more at locations throughout the Bay Area.

Come spend an afternoon exploring the pristine Arroyo Viejo Creek and discovering the many wild species of plants and animals that live in the wild spaces within our own urban community. Learn how to submit your wildlife pictures to help exciting citizen/community projects being conducted by real scientists. Create lasting memories and gain the skills to further appreciate the natural beauty that exists all around us.

This event is for ages 6 years and up.
