“Beatitude” 50th Anniversary Literature Reading | Glen Park

Sunday, February 21, at 2 pm, come on over for a reading from the granddaddy of literary journals like ours, the compendium that psychedelicizes the rays of the Amerarcana gemstone– that would be the Beatitude Golden Anniversary Anthology, building on the cornerstone laid in 1959 when Bob Kaufman, Allen Ginsberg, John Kelley & William Margolis put out the first “Beatitude” journal.

Latif Harris, who put this anniversary edition together with co-editor Neeli Cherkovski, will be on hand with a slew of poets from the pages of the new anthology to celebrate its release.
