Usually, when things are under construction it’s a bad thing. It means you have to wait for whatever it is to be finished, and in the meantime watch out for potholes and falling scaffolding.
When it comes to the Berkeley Symphony however, their Under Construction series means a chance for emerging composers to receive knowledge and guidance from established composers and musicians, no hard hats needed.
