America’s largest festival of contemporary German cinema commemorates and continues its 25th Anniversary Season with a special edition of the Autumn Showcase (Nov. 15-17)! The San Francisco Opening Night program will be highlighted with Germany’s 2022 Oscar entry “I’m Your Man,” the sci-fi comedy from Emmy Award-winner Maria Schrader, and Sebastian Meise’s gay prison drama, “Great Freedom,” Austria’s 2022 Oscar entry and winner of Festival de Cannes Un Certain Regard Jury Award. Organized with Presenting and Founding Partner, the Goethe-Institut San Francisco.
