Celebrate Black History Month, meet the Raiderettes, hear live music, grub on free food, and of course, donate blood and save lives from 10 am to 3 pm on February 22, 2014.
Free, but to donate, an RSVP is required online with sponsor code: HISTORY, or by calling 415-354-1381
There’s also live music from The Sekond Element, free food, art workshops for kids and raffle prizes. The Raiderettes will be there from 11 am to 2 pm.
Blood donors get free stuff including:
- A T-shirt
- An Autographed book (there are book signings by five African American authors)
- Admission to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom, Vallejo
Please eat before donating. Bring your ID. 16 year olds need a parent permission slip to donate.
