Need help with your menu? Bring it to join in the discussion, gain some expert insights, and be on your way to become more profitable.
Your Menu is your most powerful sales tool.

By understanding the art and science behind designing your menu, Gregg Rapp, a veteran Menu Engineer, will share how applying psychology, customer demographics and design methods can effect your bottom line. Gregg will discuss the process of adding profitability using tools in menu layout, highlighting, placement, pricing and item descriptions.
Restaurants that attend Gregg’s presentations and institute changes he recommends generally see an increase of $1,000 or more each month – that will lead to over $40 Billion that will be sold this year off menus that Gregg has helped influence.
Gregg has traveled the world and worked with every type of outlet in hospitality including cruise ships, theme parks, quick-service chains, full-service restaurants, and university foodservice outlets. He has been a featured expert in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, Success, Inc. Magazine, Entrepreneur, NBC Today Show, ABC Good Morning America, CBS Sunday Morning, USA Today, CNN, The Huffington Post, Los Angeles Times, The Times of India and Brazil’s Veja.
Gregg continuously hones his craft by working with professors at Duke University, Cornell University and the Culinary Institute of America.
You will have the opportunity to learn from his experience and how to apply his concepts to your own menu. (Don’t forget to bring yours.)
