California Indian Big Time Gathering | Yerba Buena Gardens

The San Francisco Ethnic Dance Festival is pulling off tons of performances and events for its 33rd season in SF and Berkeley from June 3-July 3, 2011.

Most of these cost $18-$58 but you can attend an outdoor Indian gathering in Yerba Buena on June 18 for free.

June 18: California Indian Big Time Gathering @ 5pm

• Throughout Yerba Buena Gardens
• Hundreds of California tribal members in dance, music and other cultural presentations
• Participatory opportunities for the public throughout the day.

Participating tribes include: Elem Indian Colony Tribe, Pit River Maidu Tribe, Winnemum Wintu Tribe, Shingle Springs Miwok Tribe, Stewarts Point Kashaya Band of Pomo and Manchester Pomo Tribe.
