Event Details

In a series of immersive audio tours, Migrant Footsteps, The California Migration Museum tells the secret stories of San Francisco’s migration histories, in the heart of the neighborhoods where these stories live. Because migration isn’t something you can put away in a locked display case: it’s a living story.

In Chinatown, Look Up takes us right into the immediate aftermath of the 1906 earthquake. Can the Chinese community save Chinatown from being permanently erased?

Join the museum’s founder and migration scholar Katy Long to walk the Look Up tour together on 27 May.
