- Clara’s Egg Farm:Situated between Moss Landing and Aromas is Royal Oaks, Clara’s began the business in 2015 after a friend sold her the business and showed her how to raise chickens. They raise cage-free Rhode Island Reds, who give forth their delicious eggs. Try some in your spring baking, omelets, and salads. She also offers ducks and now offers duck eggs.
- Fifth Crow Farm: Organic fruits and vegetables are the mainstays of their farm; they grow everything from Brussels sprouts, peppers, peas, and beans, to apples, pears and strawberries, and more. For planting, they take into consideration what is best for the climate and soils.
- From the Sea to You: They have an array of tasty fresh seafood like scallops, prawns, tilapia, salmon, and white sea bass, depending on the catch of the week. What could be better on the grill than shrimp or scallop skewers and veggies? Or salmon steamed in foil. Awesome!
