- Clara’s Egg Farm: Situated between Moss Landing and Aromas is Royal Oaks, Clara began in 2015 after a friend sold her the business and showed her how to raise chickens. She raises cage-free Rhode Island Reds, who give forth their delicious eggs. Try some in your spring baking, omelets, and salads. She now also raises ducks and can now bring duck eggs, which are similar in flavor to chicken eggs, but just larger.
- Fifth Crow Farm: From Pescadero, snap peas and garden peas will be arriving this month, along with all their other wonderful organic veggies. Leafy greens, artichokes, onions, carrots, beets, cauliflower, and so much more will fill their tables.
- From the Sea to You: This small family-owned and operated fish company out of Santa Cruz offers some of the best fish around. They have an array of tasty fresh seafood like scallops, prawns, tilapia, salmon, and white sea bass, depending on the catch that day. Stop by each week to see what’s new.
