Event Details

Celebrate AAPI Heritage Month in Chinatown with our first ever NightLife event! Along Jackson Street, we have great eateries, bars, and the Great Star Theater with amazing shows.

The LED dragon will start on Beckett and Jackson Street in front of the oldest bar in Chinatown (Red’s), and it will dance along Jackson Street and onto Grant Ave.

Grab your dinner from New Lun Ting Cage (porkchop house), Z&Y, or the Great Eastern, and stop by Red’s or Lion’s Den for live music and drink specials.

This is a big dragon, half a block long. It takes nine people to operate it. It will start at Beckett then go down Jackson street up until Kearny and go up to Grant Ave. Two well-known bars in Chinatown will also be offering drink specials; Lion’s Den Lounge & Bar (57 Wentworth Place) and Red’s Place (the oldest bar in Chinatown).
