Drop in for an evening of deep listening and good conversation. We’ll be spinning selections from the legendary band Gong — the cosmic jazz-rock collective led by Daevid Allen — and exploring how their music, philosophy, and spirit live on through the Church of Mother Gong. Whether you’re a longtime Gong head or totally new to the sounds, this is a relaxed space to hear the music, ask questions about the church’s philosophy and practices, and connect with others drawn to the intersection of sound, consciousness, and community. Free and open to all. No experience necessary — just bring your ears and your curiosity.
