Baile en la Calle: The Mural Dances is a tour of the historic murals along the 24th Street corridor brought to life through performances by local choreographers and dance companies on Sunday, May 5, 2019.
Tours begin in front Precita Eyes Muralists at 2981 24th St, SF. Tours are at 12 pm, 1 pm and 2 pm.

Now in its seventh year, Baile en la Calle: The Mural Dances draws the Bay Area’s most dynamic dance companies and performing artists to interpret the murals through music and dance, alongside detailed narration by Precita Eyes Muralists docents. Baile en la Calle: The Mural Dances provides audiences an intricate look at each mural and its relationship to the culture and the life of the Mission.
This year’s tour includes “The Gift of Xochiquetzal,” a newly revealed sidewalk mosaic designed by Susan Cervantes, along with several murals located along famed Balmy Alley.
