For the first time in its history the Valencia Corridor will be lit up from 14th to 24th Streets.

This project is possible thanks to the generosity of the whole community, with over 500 community members coming together to raise the funds for lights and over 35 merchants coming together to power them.

Over the 10 blocks, Valencia Street will be lit up with approximately 8,000 lights.

There will be light up flower crowns (free for the first 100 people), a mariachi band, a communal blessing, the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, speeches, some refreshments, and turning on the lights at the very moment.

The lights are temporary and beautiful and our hope and intention is that they serve as a beautiful little beacon to bring our precious customers back.

Join us at the beginning of the lights for a few little speeches, some light refreshments, and a procession down the length of the lights with music, dancing, and art all along the Valencia Corridor to ring in the new lights.
