FREEIncorporating all facets of physical and mental wellness, Total Wellness includes a variety of health screenings, fitness demonstrations, a collection of over 65 health-related booths, a blood drive, product demonstrations, raffle prizes, and more.

In order to provide a head start on the road to wellness—and help those who have already established good habits maintain their efforts—Embarcadero Center is proud to host Total Wellness, an event that provides specific insights on nutrition, longevity, fitness and overall well-being.
