The 90-second Newbery is a video contest in which filmmakers of any age (but mostly kids and teens) make movies that tell the entire story of a Newbery Medal or Honor book into 90 seconds or less.

A festival of short films produced by children in celebration of the Newbery Award. Three-time Newbery Honor-winning author Jennifer Holm is the special guest.
