About Truffle Shuffle

Based in Oakland, Truffle Shuffle are a group of Michelin-trained chefs (including The French Laundry) who teach virtual cooking classes to help people become the Master Chef of their own home. They send people all the ingredients and then cook along with them in virtual cooking classes each week, giving them skills that you would only learn working at a gourmet restaurant. Their goal is to train 1,000,000 people to become Master Chefs in their own kitchen.

The Chefs conceived and launched Truffle Shuffle as an “honest” truffle company to provide consciously-sourced and traced fresh truffles. They also serve and support our community by volunteering and donating a portion of our profits to 1% For The Planet, with hope of solving the world’s problems, one truffle at a time. Truffle Shuffle used to be mostly in consumer packaged goods and wholesale supply of truffles to restaurants. During the pandemic, they pivoted to sending pre-portioned meal kits to their guests and teaching virtual cooking classes.
