Firefighters Rescue Puppy Off Cliff at Fort Funston
Thanks to SF Fire Department for rescuing an overly excited Labrador puppy who got away from its owner on March 5, 2021.
Scarily, the doggie tumbled over the cliff at Fort Funston. Thankfully, the fire department was able to come to the rescue after heeding the 911 call. The firefighter repelled down the scenic cliff to the doggie on the ledge below and brought the pup safely back up to be reunited with its owner.
Thanks KPIX for sharing additional details of the rescue.
