San Francisco’s free lunchtime concert series is back. The Civic Center Soundtrack returns for its third season starting Tuesday, April 14, 2026, bringing live music to Fulton Plaza twice a week through October. That’s over 50 concerts and 150+ bands for 2026.

Concerts take place Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12 pm to 3 pm outside the San Francisco Public Library, featuring three performers each day spanning a mix of genres and local talent.

New for 2026: A rotating lineup of food trucks will join the festivities, turning the plaza into a lively midday hangout for downtown workers, residents, and anyone looking for a free break with live music.

Launched in 2024, the series has hosted more than 100 free concerts and is part of ongoing efforts to activate public spaces in the Civic Center neighborhood.
