Join the city for a night of remembrance of the lives and untimely deaths of supervisor Harvey Milk and mayor George Moscone on the anniversary of their 1978 assassinations and commemorating the spontaneous candlelight march the night of the shootings.

The vigil typically begins at Market/Castro at 6pm followed by a candlelight march through the Castro ending up at the Harvey Milk’s old camera store for speeches and listening to archival speeches from Milk.
