Thousands of people will come together in San Francisco to celebrate International Yoga Day with yoga breakout sessions, meditation, talks on spirituality and live music from Grammy nominee Jai Uttal on Sunday, June 21, 2015.

Let’s create awareness about the meaning of Yoga and its manifold benefits for humanity. In an effort to protect Mother Nature, International Yoga Day is a Zero Waste Event. Bring a snack to eat and to share. They encourage the use of reusable containers for water and to food. Bring your yoga mat and your family. 

To recognize the significance of yoga, for the first ­time 177 countries came together to pass a United Nations General Assembly resolution declaring June 21st as International Yoga Day.
