Movie Extras Needed for Big Party Scene in SoMa

Want to be in a movie? Hear a free concert? And go to a happy hour?

An SF indie motion picture musical seeks extras to participate in a big party scene at 111 Minna Gallery. The scene will include a free live set by local soul act Con Brio, fresh from Stern Grove Festival and soon to be heading out on a European tour.

The film is called Life is Fare and is made possible through a grant from the San Francisco Arts Commission and the blood and sweat of some artists crazy enough to still live in San Francisco. Life is Fare is a musical about an immigrant cab driver in the Tenderloin who secretly dreams of being a singer.
