Museums around the world have shut their doors as we collectively fight against COVID-19. As a little pick-me-up, museums are sending each other iconic bouquets from their collections on social media. This fun viral trend has caught on with hundreds of museums around the world paying it forward and sending virtual blooms to one another.

Some of our local Bay Area museums like de Young, SFMOMA and Legion of Honor have shared their favorite flowers from their collections to fellow museums.

Follow the fun on Twitter under the hashtag #MuseumBouquet for a little cheerful dose of joy and culture.
