You Can Now Buy Part of the Golden Gate Bridge for $12,000

Thanks to KRON4 for sharing an interesting listing that has hit Facebook Marketplace.

If you want to own a piece of the Golden Gate Bridge, here’s your chance. However, it won’t come cheap.

Alexandra Watson, located in Penngrove, CA, which is north of Petaluma, has made a listing on Facebook Marketplace for two large pieces of the Golden Gate Bridge. The bundle will cost you $12,000 for both pieces. However, good luck with figuring out how to move and store the massive pieces. One bridge truss measures 37 feet, and the second truss is 17 feet long.

The listing notes that these were “removed during the retrofit on The Fort Point Side. We have photos to show their removal, before & after along with other documentation.” The listing asks potential buyers to send a direct message if you’re interested in more information or to set up an appointment.
