Thanks to ABC7 for sharing the news that the iconic Russian River resort, Johnson’s Beach, in Guerneville has been put up for sale.
The current owners are retiring, and have listed the 10-acre site with ten cabins and 38 campsites for $3.7 million.
The popular beachfront resort has been a part of the community for over 100 years. Potential buyers are lining up including Sonoma County which would make it a regional park for everyone to enjoy.
Sonoma County will hold a virtual public hearing regarding the potential purchase of Johnson’s Beach on October 6.
