San Francisco is No Longer the Least Affordable City in the US
Claiming the new title is San Diego, beating out SF and Los Angeles

Thanks to KUSI News and iHeart for sharing the results from a recent study by real estate market researcher OJO Labs that found that San Diego has topped San Francisco as the least affordable city in the United States.
Their study compared the ratio between the median home price to household income. The median selling price of a home in San Diego climbed to $764,000, jumping up 14.3% in the last year. Plus the average income in San Diego is just over $68,000 making their home price to household income ratio 8:1. For reference, the national ratio is about 4.5.
