SFO offers free COVID-19 vaccinations to everyone, 18 years or older, including arriving and departing passengers of any country.

The J&J single dose vaccine is now available at the SFO Medical Clinic. Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.

Eligibility requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • No previous history of receiving the COVID-19 vaccine by a different manufacturer.
  • No current symptoms or current diagnosis of COVID-19
  • If you have received any monoclonal antibodies or convalescent plasma to treat COVID-19, wait at least 90 days to get the vaccine to avoid having the treatment interfere with the vaccine.
  • Should not receive this vaccine if severely or immediately allergic to any ingredient in the vaccine. These include recombinant replication-incompetent adenovirus type 26 expressing the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein, citric acid monohydrate, trisodiam citrate dihydrate, ethanol, 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HBCD), polysorbate-80, and sucrose.

Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Convenient parking is available in International Garage A. Please bring your parking ticket for validation.

International arriving passengers should collect their bags, exit the Federal Inspection Area, and then proceed to Level 3, Departures Hall A-side.
