SFO Now Offers Free Vaccines to Anyone from Any Country

Travelers 18+ can get the J&J single dose vaccine now at SFO, open to everyone

SFO offers free COVID-19 vaccinations to everyone, 18 years or older, including arriving and departing passengers of any country.

The J&J single dose vaccine is now available at the SFO Medical Clinic. Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.

Eligibility requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • No previous history of receiving the COVID-19 vaccine by a different manufacturer.
  • No current symptoms or current diagnosis of COVID-19
  • If you have received any monoclonal antibodies or convalescent plasma to treat COVID-19, wait at least 90 days to get the vaccine to avoid having the treatment interfere with the vaccine.
  • Should not receive this vaccine if severely or immediately allergic to any ingredient in the vaccine. These include recombinant replication-incompetent adenovirus type 26 expressing the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein, citric acid monohydrate, trisodiam citrate dihydrate, ethanol, 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HBCD), polysorbate-80, and sucrose.

Convenient parking is available in International Garage A. Please bring your parking ticket for validation.

Location:
International arriving passengers should collect their bags, exit the Federal Inspection Area, and then proceed to Level 3, Departures Hall A-side.
